Because you don't have school again tomorrow it is really critical that you are continuing to perform workouts this week. Tomorrow's workout is again 3x8 minutes with 5 minutes rest at 6k -1. Please try to get in this amount of intensity, even if you don't have access to an ergometer. For those of you attending the Main Line Slide, please just be cautious to do not do excercises that you haven't normally been doing. I.E. running or erging is fine. Snow runs, excessive body circuits, or any sort of skiing is not a good option. Not a good idea to have sore muscles for Saturday.
