Due to Blizzard 2010 #2, practice is cancelled today. It is essential that rowers get in a workout today, with the disruption of our practice schedule due to the cancellation of the Main Line Slide and the empending day off tomorrow, we need to continue to build on all of the hard work we have done so far. Please, get out and do at least 60 minutes of aerobic work today, preferably a run. Remember we have the Main Line Slide this weekend and the boxer trail next weekend so it won't help anyone to sit around today.
