All. Tomorrow will be the Main Line Slide at long last. I hope all of you have been able to get some sort of aerobic work in over the last few days. I will be at the venue for weigh ins tomorrow, but please feel free to call me on my cell before then with any questions. Remember, come to the race with purpose, with a plan, and be cool relaxed. Contain your nervous energy and control your emotions. Stretch out tonight and eat some carbs. Tomorrow morning, and before the race you should stay away from excessive protein. Since most of the light men race within 90 minutes of Greg's race, I think it would be nice to be there for your teammate and show up a few minutes early so you don't miss his race. If someone wants to voluteer to cox Greg, just let me and him know and you can do it instead of me. If anyone specifically wants me to cox them, just ask via email. If there are more than one requests, I will let you know via email whom I'll be sitting behind. Greg and I will cox the two fastest (to date) light guys, so Greg please plan on sticking around after your race for a little (email if you can't). The light guys will be expected to stick around and cox the girls.
